My name is Zena Takako; I go by z3e24c; and when I'm not busy with school, work, or crippling deppression, I sometimes make things.

Why did I choose this dumb name that makes people think I'm a bot? (I know you were thinking it because everyone asks.) When I was around 12, I wanted to start a YouTube Channel and I needed a name for it. I looked at all the most famous YouTubers I could think of: PewDiePie, Markiplier, Jacksepticeye, Stampylongnose. What did they have all in common? Their names are gibberish. Also, I knew that since I was 12, if I tried to name myself anything cool, it would actually be cringy or out of date within 10 years. Somehow, I landed on Z3E24C. I feel like it has a ring to it even though no one else thinks so. Also, I never have to worry about my name being taken on any platform. Although it isn't necessarily cringy, I didn't anticipate how much of mouthful it is. Whenever I donate on a stream, I always have to watch the poor streamer go "Thanks Z 3...something something for the bits!" It's EXTRA painful when I donate to a japanese streamer. The poor guy having to dig up every lesson he's ever had on english just to thank me lol.

What do I make? Ideally, I would love to make short films like my inspiration, Bertie Gilbert. However, my perfectionism gets in the way of that, so I mostly make quick and cheap laughs with short videos. Beyond that, I think I just want to make a positive impact on people; I want to make people laugh, discover themselves, grow as people, feel empowered, and be happy.

My inspirations include CallMeCarson, JSchlatt, Bertie Gilbert and MatPat. CallMeCarson reminds me that with enough passion, determination, and dedication, I am capable of growth. JShlatt reminds me that failures are just shifts in my path and that is okay. Bertie Gilbert's work always resets my perspective on life, and makes me feel in touch with who I think I really am on the inside. MatPat reminds me that everyone is capable of creating great change for those in need.
